Order History - Warehouse
Similar to the Order History - Instant page, the Order History - Warehouse page displays all orders from the Warehouse service flow created via the API.
Tracking Warehouse API Orders
Warehouse orders created via the Partner's API will be displayed on the listing screen with the following basic information:

| Order ID | Warehouse order ID (tracking_number) |
| Route | Details of the warehouse pickup and delivery points |
| Created At | - Time the order was created - Name and phone number of the account used to create the order |
| Total COD | Total COD (Cash on Delivery) amount to be collected for the order |
| Partner | Name of the Partner as configured in Ahamove’s system |
| Status | Current status of the order |
| Driver | Current driver delivery for the order |
Filtering Warehouse Orders
Partners can filter the warehouse order list based on the following criteria:
- Time: Filter orders created within the last 5 months.
- Order Status
- Tracking Number
Viewing Order Details
To view detailed information and the specific journey of a warehouse order, Partners can click Details in the Actions column.
The detailed order interface displays the following:
- Tracking Number
- Delivery driver details
- Route information
- Delivery timeline: Displays the journey of the order from creation to completion, including the status of callbacks to the Partner's system (if using webhooks).
- Notes (if any)
