Brand SMS

Onwheel supports the SMS Brandname feature, allowing customers to send brand name messages to their user base through integration with SMS service providers.

Integration Process for SMS Feature​

Customer Signs Up with Service Providers​

Customers will need to sign up for the SMS service with the service providers.

Some SMS service providers integrated by Onwheel include:

  • FPT Telecom Company
  • GAPIT Telecommunication Joint Stock Company

Onwheel Integration with Service Providers​

After customers have signed up with the service provider, they need to provide the following information to Onwheel:

  • Necessary information for integration with the service provider's system
  • Integration documentation from the service provider (if available)
  • Order statuses for which customers want to send SMS messages
  • SMS content that customers wish to send to users (may vary based on each status)

Onwheel will proceed with integration based on the provided information.
