Reading the statements

Each row is one closed statement, with:

ColumnMeaning
Mã bảng kê (Statement ID)The identifier (e.g. #7597) to use when you contact Ahamove. Click to open the details
Kỳ đối soát (Reconciliation period)Cả tháng (Full month) (e.g. Cả tháng · 01/08 – 31/08/2026) or a date range set by your contract (e.g. 26/07 – 25/08/2026)
Số đơn (Orders)Number of orders in the period
Tổng thanh toán (Total payment)Total amount to pay
Snapshot lúc (Snapshot at)When the figures were "frozen" (closed)
  • Click the statement ID to open the details. Statements open instantly, because the figures are already closed and are not queried again.
  • Click CSV in the Thao tác (Actions) column to download the statement and open it in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • One period can have several statements (e.g. split by service or account). A statement with 0 orders / 0đ means nothing happened in that period.

No periods yet? The page shows "Chưa có bảng kê đối soát" (No reconciliation statements yet). Periods appear as soon as Ahamove closes the figures.

Why don't the figures match?

A statement is a snapshot taken at closing time

Each statement is a snapshot of the figures at closing time and is not recalculated afterwards. Adjustments made to orders after the closing time go into the next period; the old statement stays the same.

Order A delivered on 28/09→Period 09 statement closed on 01/10→Order A fee adjusted on 03/10→The adjustment appears in the period 10 statement

So if your figures do not match Ahamove's, check whether you are comparing the wrong period. In other words, check whether you are counting an adjustment by the order delivery date instead of by the period that contains the adjustment.
