Create a Truck B2B order — Business
Use this to hire trucks under a business contract. Prices come from the custom price list that Ahamove configures for your company's contract.

If the Xe & dịch vụ (Vehicle & service) block says "Không có dịch vụ phù hợp cho lựa chọn hiện tại" (No suitable service for the current selection), your company does not have a Truck price list for this selection yet. Contact your Ahamove representative (Ops) to set up a price list for your contract.
How is it different from a standard order?

Everything else (ordering store, scheduled pickup, promotions, payment, Đặt đơn (Create order)) works the same as a standard order.
With route / No route yet
- Có lộ trình (With route): enter the pickup point and all drop-off points in order.
- Chưa có lộ trình (No route yet): you can book a vehicle even if you do not know where it will deliver yet. Suitable for keeping a vehicle for a whole shift.
Vehicle & service
The Xe & dịch vụ (Vehicle & service) block only shows options that exist in your company's contract price list.

2. Vehicle type: for example Van 1000kg, Tải 2000kg (Truck 2000kg). Click Dịch vụ khác (Other services) to see more vehicle types in your contract.
3. Shift package (when Theo ca is selected): 4H, 8H or 12H. Going over the package's hours or km may incur a reimbursement fee.
Service code
The top-right corner of the Xe & dịch vụ block shows the selected service code, for example:
VNM-VAN-B2B-1000-RENTAL-4H
This code tells you the vehicle type (VAN 1000kg), the hire type (RENTAL = rental per shift) and the package (4H). Use the code to match against the contract price list or the reconciliation statement.
The total fee comes from the contract price list, for example the Van 1000kg · 4H package = 1.000.000đ/ca (per shift).
Recurring schedule
For routes that repeat, turn on Lịch định kỳ (Recurring schedule) when creating a Truck B2B order. The system will create orders automatically on each run day, and the schedule is managed in Order templates.
